THE FERNWAYS

The Fernways is a condo townhouse project in the community of Don Valley Village, in the formal city of North York, in the City of Toronto, Ontario. It was registered as York Condominium Corporation No. 151 in 1990's. It is located on the south side of Finch Ave East between Leslie Street and Don Mills Road. The Fernways consists 287 townhouse units, mostly 3 bedrooms.

If you are new to the area, or you are inviting people to the area, especially of Rock Fernway, please refer to the map provided by the corporation at the entrances to the Fernways. I have been there so many times, but still got lost repeatly. Oh, it really made bad impression to my clients about my knowledge of the area. It is common for townhouse projects, developers and/or city planners do not have the same common sense like a lot of common people. Or is it just I who has no common sense?
